Dr Amy Jebreel is an experienced and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist based at our Golders Green mental health clinic. With over 20 years of clinical experience in both the NHS and private sector, Dr Jebreel specialises in adult and older adult mental health, offering tailored, trauma-informed psychiatric assessments and treatment plans.

She supports individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, ADHD, sleep difficulties, and dementia. Her approach is person-centred and holistic, ensuring that each client’s unique history, symptoms, and life context are fully considered.

Dr Jebreel draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family systems therapy, and group analysis. She is also trained in the Open Dialogue model, which encourages collaborative and inclusive care involving families and support networks when appropriate.
