ADHD Mentor & Coach

With over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, I now work as an ADHD mentor and coach based in Golders Green, North London. Throughout my teaching career, I noticed a recurring pattern: many people particularly those with ADHD or similar traits struggled not because of a lack of ability, but due to barriers around learning, relationships, and behaviour.


Motivated by a desire to help people thrive, I now support teenagers in developing the tools they need to succeed both in and out of school. I bring a warm, intuitive approach to mentoring, quickly building rapport and creating a safe, encouraging space where young people can reflect, grow, and feel understood.


My work combines empathy with structure. Using a proven, ADHD-specific approach, I help teens better understand themselves, improve focus, manage emotions and behaviour, and strengthen their relationships at school and at home. My goal is not just to help young people cope but to see them flourish.


Whether in one-to-one sessions, group work, or workshops, my mission remains the same: to empower people with ADHD to take ownership of their growth, build confidence, and unlock their full potential.
