Hello, I’m Christine, a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). With years of experience in the field, I am passionate about supporting individuals through life's challenges, helping them find clarity, self-awareness, and emotional healing.

My Experience
I bring a wealth of experience from working in diverse clinical and community settings. My background includes roles such as a Palliative Care and Bereavement Counsellor at Rennie Grove Peace Hospice, long-term trauma support at DENS homeless shelter, and offering solution-focused therapy within a psychotherapy agency. I have also provided counselling for young people as a Place2Be therapist in a large North London secondary school and supported bereaved clients through Cruse Bereavement.

My ongoing professional development includes specialist training in areas such as attachment, anxiety, bereavement, family estrangement, trauma, self-harm, eating disorders, homelessness, substance misuse, mindfulness, and creative approaches to working with both young people and adults.
