Holly Taylor
Psychotherapist
Therapy Sessions £80
Hello and welcome. There’s a lot of jargon in the therapy world which can make it hard to know where to start and what kind of help you might need.
Whether you are feeling depressed, anxious, unworthy, or can’t get a hold of what your feelings are, psychotherapy can help. I welcome anyone who is curious about understanding more about themselves, their relationships with others and feels that talking therapy may be a helpful place to do that.
About me:
I am trained psychodynamically which, put simply, means I work alongside you as we delve into the complexities of your inner world, patterns of behaviour and thinking that are unsettling you and making daily life difficult to navigate.
Choosing the right therapist is important and involves finding someone you feel you can work with and trust. My extensive experience working with neurodivergent minds means I have an open approach to therapeutic work as I appreciate that we are all different from each other, so I take care to put you as an individual first and explore with you what is most likely to help. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and I work with people of all backgrounds.
How we will work together:
We will explore how past experiences may be affecting how you think, feel and engage in the present and the roots of where these ways of relating began. We will create a space where you can expand your ability to process difficult feelings, enhance your capacity for more conscious choices and rediscover a sense of hope and potential.
Next Steps:
I’m based in North London and work in person, online and can offer time-limited or open ended therapy - meaning we will go at your pace and end when you feel ready. Sessions are weekly, begin on the hour and last for 50 minutes. My fee is £80 but please ask about concessions if that is something you feel you need.
