Therapy In-Person or Online £60

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly overthinking, or struggling to switch off your mind. Perhaps you’re used to holding everything together for others, leaving you feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of what you need for yourself. You might also be experiencing low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or a sense that something just isn’t quite right.

I am a warm and empathetic counsellor who values building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I work alongside you with care, curiosity, and compassion, supporting you to feel heard, understood, and not alone in what you’re facing.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you without fear of judgement. Together, we can explore the patterns behind your thoughts and feelings, helping you to better understand yourself and why things feel the way they do.

Through our work together, I aim to help you develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience, so you can feel more in control, make clearer choices, and build more fulfilling relationships — both with yourself and others.

How I work:
Psychodynamic counselling focuses on understanding the deeper roots of emotional distress. I work collaboratively with you to explore how past experiences, relationships and unconscious patterns may be influencing how you feel and relate to others today.

In our sessions, you will have a consistent and confidential space where you can talk freely and be met with empathy and curiosity. By exploring your thoughts, we can begin to understand what may be holding you back and support you in developing a stronger, more grounded sense of self.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone call, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you before arranging an initial assessment session.

I offer counselling for adults aged 18 and over. Sessions are 50 minutes and usually take place at the same day and time each week, providing consistency and continuity for the therapeutic process.
