Therapy In-Person or Online £70 for Individuals and £80 for Couples

I offer a warm, relaxed and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what's going on in your life. Whether you're struggling in your relationship, feeling anxious or low, or finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns, therapy can be a place to explore these experiences and begin to make sense of them.

Relationships are an important part of our lives, but they can also be a source of frustration, hurt and confusion. You might find yourself having the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, struggling to get close to others, or wondering why certain difficulties keep coming up. I believe that understanding ourselves and the way we relate to others can help us build more fulfilling relationships.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful and genuine. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life or offer quick solutions. Instead, I'll listen carefully, ask questions and offer different perspectives, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the things that matter to you.

I work psychodynamically, which means I'm interested in how our earlier experiences and relationships can shape the way we think, feel and connect with others today. Sometimes we're unaware of the patterns we carry into our relationships. Exploring these together can help us understand why we react in certain ways and open up possibilities for doing things differently.

I don't believe therapy should follow a rigid formula. Everyone comes with their own experiences, personality and challenges, and I aim to work in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

I work with adults, young adults and couples, offering both short-term and longer-term therapy, in person and online.
