As a qualified Gestalt therapist and counsellor, I support individuals and couples in exploring their emotions, relationships, and life experiences. My practice blends professional expertise with genuine warmth and cultural sensitivity, shaped in part by my Italian background and my experiences as a mother to two young daughters.
My approach to therapy is lively and collaborative. I believe therapy should be an active, engaging process, not simply a conversation where you talk and I listen passively. I work alongside you to explore the issues you’re facing and to help you find clarity and resilience.
I trained at the Gestalt Centre in London and hold registration with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a member of the International Gestalt Integrative Institute, where I completed advanced training in couples therapy.
Within my Gestalt practice, I often integrate creative and experiential techniques into sessions. These can deepen insight and help you connect more fully with your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, supporting you to live more authentically and with greater self-awareness.
My own journey through overcoming panic disorder has profoundly influenced my therapeutic work. I know first-hand how powerful it can be to process overwhelming emotions in a safe, non-judgemental space. This personal experience fuels my commitment to helping others rediscover connection and compassion for themselves.
I offer a holistic, integrative approach that fosters self-understanding and emotional resilience. My goal is to help you step out of limiting patterns and move towards a life where you feel more present, connected, and empowered.

Having nurtured a relationship with my partner for over two decades, I bring personal insight into the joys and challenges that come with maintaining a lasting, loving connection. I know that while relationships require effort, the rewards of mutual understanding and intimacy are invaluable.
