Welcome
Reaching out for therapy can feel scary, but whatever you are carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone.
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s often hard to hear anything over the noise of expectation and a harsh inner critic. In our sessions, that volume turns down. Together, we’ll look beneath the surface to understand the 'why' behind the struggle. It’s a space where you don’t have to have all the answers, or even like where you are right now. We simply start with a willingness to find some breathing space, and a more solid foundation to stand on.
Finding the right therapist is important. To help you decide, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation where you can ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
My Approach
Because every person is different, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. As an integrative therapist, I draw on different ways of working which include looking at your past (psychodynamic) and focusing on your present (person-centred), to find what actually resonates with you.
Sometimes, this means looking at how your earlier experiences have shaped the way you see yourself and your relationships today. We don’t just look at the symptoms; we look at the roots.
I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. Change doesn’t just come from 'talking about' problems; it comes from feeling truly heard and accepted by another person. My aim is to offer a calm, grounded space where you can be exactly as you are, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
How I can support you.
