Therapy In-Person or Online £70
● Do you feel stuck in your own head? Always overthinking or second-guessing yourself?
● Are you struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling like you’re never quite “good enough”?
● Does the weight of low self-esteem or low self-confidence keep you from enjoying life?
● Some days you keep it together, but other days even small things feel overwhelming.
● You want to feel confident, at peace, and in control, but you don’t know where to start.
You’ve been trying hard to cope, using self-help tools or telling yourself to just get on with it. But you don’t have to do this alone anymore.
Hi I’m Lalida.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and have extensive experience working in the NHS and with charities including supporting survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
I offer therapy to adults aged 18 to 70 for a wide range of issues, including:
● Anxiety, depression, panic, OCD
● Low self-esteem and low self-confidence
● Trauma and abuse (childhood, sexual, domestic)
● Relationship difficulties, including couples therapy
● Family issues, grief, and loss
If you’re wondering from my name—I’m originally from Bangkok, Thailand.
How we work together
In our work together, we’ll explore what’s been difficult for you and what’s brought you to therapy. You’ll learn and develop coping strategies to help you move forward, and if it feels right, we can also look beneath the surface. Not to find what’s “wrong” with you, but to understand what’s happened and how it’s shaped you, whether that’s trauma, family issues, or ongoing struggles with anxiety and depression.
I’ll hold a space that’s calm, accepting, and non-judgemental. A place where you can breathe, explore, and begin to heat at your own pace.
My Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby (BACP-accredited).
As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from different approaches depending on what’s most helpful for you:
● Person-Centred Approach – A warm, accepting space to explore your inner world without judgement.
● Attachment Theory – We look at how early relationships shape the way you relate today.
● CBT – Practical tools to spot and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
● Compassion-Focused Therapy – Helping you meet yourself with kindness instead of criticism.
Cultural Awareness
I bring a part of Thailand with me into the room. Having moved between cultures, I understand what it’s like to feel between worlds, to navigate different expectations, languages, and identities.
Being so far from home and “looking different” isn’t easy. The way we experience the culture, the world could be different. I understand how it’s like. That’s why I’m here to give this safe space for you.
If you’ve ever felt you don’t quite “fit,” I offer a space where your full self is welcome.
