Therapy In-Person or Online Sessions £70

We live in a world where the pace and demands of everyday life can make it easy to lose touch with ourselves and what we need.
Our experiences shape the way we relate to the world, ourselves, and the people around us. Sometimes, it can be difficult to make sense of them on our own.
Therapy offers a space to pause, listen to your experience, and explore it more deeply. Together, we can make sense of what feels important to you and how you want to respond to what life brings. I don’t see therapy as a way of fixing people, but as an opportunity to better understand ourselves and find a way of living that feels more authentic and meaningful. I’ll be alongside you as we explore all of this together, wherever the journey takes us.
I trained in Existential Therapy and am currently continuing my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Tavistock and Portman. While existential therapy explores our freedom and responsibility in shaping our lives, psychodynamic psychotherapy explores the unconscious processes that shape our patterns, relationships, and behaviour. Bringing these perspectives together allows me to meet each person as they are, rather than fitting them into a single way of working.
My approach is integrative, but I work mostly relationally, as no two people are the same, and neither are the relationships that develop between therapist and client. I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of therapy, and that meaningful change often begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I aim to create a space where you can feel accepted without pressure to have everything figured out, and where we can move at a pace that feels right for you.
Having grown up in Eastern Europe and later moved to the UK, I also have personal insight into the challenges of adapting to a different culture and building a life away from home. I understand how migration can affect our sense of identity, belonging, and relationships, and I welcome working with people navigating these experiences.
I’m particularly interested in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, identity, and the different ways emotional difficulties can manifest in our lives. Every person’s experience is unique, and what we struggle with often takes different forms at different stages of life. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or what you want from therapy. Sometimes, simply having the space to begin is enough.
