Psychodynamic Therapist & Counsellor

In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £80
Couples In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £100

I'm an experienced Psychodynamic Therapist and Counsellor, proud to be part of North London Therapy Practice in Golders Green, where I offer compassionate, client-centred support to adults seeking emotional clarity and personal growth.
I provide both short-term and long-term therapy, available in person at our welcoming Golders Green practice or online, offering flexibility to suit your needs. As an accredited member of the BACP, I adhere to their Ethical Framework and am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.

My goal is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring the challenges in your life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or low mood, facing work or relationship difficulties, navigating parenthood, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a unique opportunity to gain insight, emotional resilience, and lasting change.
My psychodynamic approach is based on the understanding that our present feelings and behaviours are often shaped by past experiences, some of which may sit outside our conscious awareness. Together, we can explore these underlying patterns, helping you make sense of recurring emotions, strengthen your self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change.

I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including:

Anxiety, stress, and low mood
Work-related pressures and burnout
Self-esteem and confidence issues
Relationship and family challenges
Attachment and abandonment struggles
Parenthood and postnatal experiences
Women’s issues, including work-life balance, menopause, and perimenopause
Bereavement, grief, and life transitions
Loneliness and feelings of isolation

My own experiences of motherhood and navigating life’s complex transitions have deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges many women face, particularly around identity, relationships, and societal expectations.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward emotional well-being, self-discovery, and personal growth.
