Therapy with me is grounded in acceptance and inclusion. We all hold many intersecting identities around culture, race, gender, class, and sexuality and these shape how we experience the world. I have also completed a Certificate in Neuro-Affirming Practice with Free2BMe, which has deepened my understanding of neurodivergence and the importance of affirming, strength-based support.
