Nagham Alaraji

Psychodynamic Therapist

Therapy In-Person or Online £80

I am a qualified Psychodynamic therapist and registered member of the BACP. I provide a warm and confidential space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences without judgment.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic practice, focusing on the impact of early relationships and unconscious processes on present difficulties. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Having lived and worked across different cultures, I value diversity and welcome clients from all backgrounds. I also offer sessions in both English and Arabic.

Nagham is a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP, offering a supportive and confidential space where clients can safely explore their feelings, thoughts, and life experiences without judgment.
She trained at Manor House, where she completed her Diploma in Psychodynamic Therapy, and her practice is grounded in the understanding that our early relationships and unconscious processes shape how we experience the present. By bringing these into awareness, Nagham helps clients make sense of repeating patterns and find new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Nagham works with a wide range of issues including:
• Anxiety, low mood, and depression
• Bereavement, grief, and loss
• Relationship challenges and family dynamics
• Self-esteem, confidence, and identity
• Life transitions and personal growth

Her approach is collaborative and deeply respectful, allowing clients to work at their own pace. With personal and professional experience across different cultures, Nagham values diversity and warmly welcomes clients from all backgrounds. She is also able to offer sessions in both English and Arabic, making therapy accessible to a wider community.

Nagham is particularly passionate about supporting people to connect more deeply with themselves, to gain insight into underlying difficulties, and to move forward with a greater sense of clarity and resilience.
