Psychotherapist

Therapy In-Person or Online £70

Therapy with me provides you with a safe, experienced, and compassionate space to explore, feel, and process different parts of yourself and your life. Our work together is confidential, and I will be alongside you with sensitivity and humanity as you courageously embark on your unique path to healing. We will use difficult emotions and disruptive experiences as pathways into deeper wholeness and connectedness. As the therapeutic process gradually unfolds, you will find yourself feeling more centred, empowered & embodied, and have a greater capacity to navigate your life with confidence and clarity.

How I work
I am a person-centred and pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist, and a registered member of the BACP.
I believe that at the core, each person has an inherent inner capacity to heal and thrive, given the right conditions. My role is to provide and help you discover and nurture those conditions within yourself. I integrate a range of transformative approaches in my work such as: mindfulness and compassion-based approaches; developmental and trauma-focused perspectives; parts and subpersonality work; focusing and somatic work; transpersonal psychology such as shadow work and psychosynthesis; creative, imaginal and inner child work. This allows us to tailor the process to what best supports you.

I invite a relational and collaborative way of working, where you can direct the focus and pace of the therapeutic process according to your therapeutic aims. We will frequently review our work together to ensure therapeutic effectiveness.

I work with individuals from all backgrounds and identities, aged 18 and over. I offer therapy in English, Farsi, and Swedish. You’re welcome to book a free 20-minute initial consultation for us to connect.

I support clients with:
Anxiety, depression, trauma (intergenerational, developmental, complex, and PTSD), stress, OCD, ADHD, neurodiversity, relationship issues, abuse (childhood, sexual, physical, emotional, psychological), grief and loss, identity and meaning, family dynamics, cultural and social issues, professional life, burnout, life transitions, displacement & migration, integrating peak and non-ordinary experiences, spiritual emergencies, dissociation, alienation, loneliness, suicidality, addiction.
