In-Person or Online Therapy Sessions £60

You may be coming to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to talk things through, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what’s been happening for you.

I work in a relational, supportive, and collaborative way, focusing on what feels most important to you. My main therapeutic approach is Transactional Analysis, and I also work in a trauma-informed and relational way. Together, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, and long-standing patterns continue to shape your present. I aim to work at your pace and in a way that feels safe, respectful, and containing.

I hold an MSc in Psychology and a Level 7 Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling. Alongside my clinical work, I bring over 20 years of experience in education and psychology, which continues to inform my understanding of emotional development, attachment, learning differences, and neurodivergence.

I work with adults, as well as children from the age of 5 and young people. I am currently completing a Level 5 Certificate in Counselling Children and Young People and have undertaken additional training in neuro-affirming and relational approaches, including work focused on trauma and relationships. My aim is to offer a space where you feel genuinely listened to, respected, and free from judgement.

People come to therapy with me for many reasons, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, neurodivergence, chronic illness, or significant life changes. Sometimes, therapy is simply about developing a deeper understanding of yourself. Whatever brings you, we can explore it together.

Sessions are available in person in Golders Green and online.
