I’m an integrative psychosynthesis therapist offering a warm, down-to-earth space to talk about what’s going on in your life. I work with adults who might look like they’re coping on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, lonely or unsure how to move forward.
You might notice things like:
• Anxiety, overthinking or a constant sense of dread
• Low mood, numbness or feeling switched off
• Addictive or compulsive behaviours (around substances, sex, work, food, social media, etc.)
• People-pleasing and difficulty saying no
• Feeling “too much” or “not enough” in relationships
• Going back to relationships or situations that hurt you
• A harsh inner critic or feeling like you’re constantly failing
• Loneliness, even when you’re around other people
• Grief and loss (recent or long-buried)
• Feeling disconnected from your body or your emotions
If some of this feels familiar, you’re not alone – and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
My core training is in Psychosynthesis, a type of therapy that sees you as more than your problems – it includes your pain, but also your capacity for growth, choice and a deeper sense of self. I also draw on ideas from attachment (how early relationships shape you), parts work (different “parts” of you like the inner critic or the people-pleaser) and gentle body awareness. This means we might look not only at what’s happening in your mind, but also how it shows up in your body and in your relationships now.
My style is warm, boundaried and collaborative. I’ll listen carefully and make space for whatever you bring, and I’ll also gently share what I notice – including your strengths and the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. We’ll review our work together as we go, so you stay in charge of the pace and focus of your therapy.
