Therapy In-Person or Online £85

Therapy with me is a space where your story can be heard and where the depth of what you’ve been carrying can be met with care and support.
I aim to create a space for adults of all ages, where you can bring whatever feels heavy, confusing or unfinished – a space where your story can be shared and heard with humility. In addition, we can explore old patterns and parts of you to find a stronger sense of belonging.

My approach is centered around my respect for each person’s unique experiences and the courage it takes to bring and share them.

About me
I trained for 4 years as a Humanistic Psychotherapist at Homa London where I developed the skills to accompany people in exploring their emotions, relationships and inner worlds. These experiences have increased my deep respect for the diversity of people’s stories and the resilience it takes to live them.
Before becoming a psychotherapist I worked in social work, supporting adults, children, families and young people. I also volunteered with the Youth Offending Team in Barnet. These experiences deepened my appreciation for people’s humanity and the challenges they face.
I am a wife and I am a mother of 3 young adults.

The challenges you may be facing
You may be feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You may be experiencing difficulties with relationships, self-esteem, low mood/depressed, or a sense of not quite belonging in the world. Often, old messages, beliefs, or roles that were once necessary for survival now feel limiting or painful. For some, this shows up as people-pleasing — a constant need to meet others’ expectations, even at the cost of your own needs. You may feel unseen or unheard, wondering how you can have a voice, grow confidence, and live more authentically in today’s world.

How I can help
I offer a space to explore these challenges together and to really hear what isn’t being said – these are the moments in therapy where something shifts.
Therapy with me is centered around what feels real and true for you. I support you in discovering who you are beneath the expectations, patterns, and pressures you’ve carried. By cultivating self-acceptance and compassion, we can work toward building a more harmonious relationship with yourself, which naturally allows for more wholesome and fulfilling connections with others. The work we do is both a privilege and a partnership.

My approach
My approach is authentic, real, and compassionate. I aim to meet you in the moment, as you are, and connect with you in the here and now. I see therapy as two people working together with honesty, kindness, and empathy. For me, this work is deeply personal — I know how important it is to feel seen, to have a voice, and to build relationships that are real and wholehearted. This passion drives my commitment to creating a space where you too can feel valued and supported in becoming your truest version of yourself.
