Welcome. My name is Steve and I am a professional UKCP accredited trans personal psychotherapist. As a former manager of a respite sanctuary for the suicidal, Samaritan and peer support worker, I have years of experience supporting people in their trauma and pain. This has enabled me to be deeply present with you and to begin to explore ways for you to disentangle from your struggles and to reconnect with your inner joy, passion, creativity and your innate love of life.
My approach:
I offer a warm and compassionate approach. I provide a space for you to be completely yourself, regardless of what you are currently going through.
I meet you where you are, with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
How I work:
In our work together, I offer a space of deep presence—where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I trust in your innate capacity for growth and self-knowing. My role is to walk alongside you: to hold space for what’s hard to face alone, and to support you in uncovering new possibilities for healing, change, and self-connection.
