Integrative Therapist and Counsellor (MBACP, PGDip, MSc, BSc)

Welcome to my page on the North London Therapy Practice.

I am a BACP registered integrative therapist and counsellor.

People come to therapy for different reasons. Sometimes this is in response to a life event, change or transition, and sometimes it is more of a sense that something is not quite right, even if it is hard to put into words.

You might be getting on with things day to day, but aware that something underneath does not feel settled, whether that is in your relationships, your confidence, or in feelings that are difficult to fully understand or move through.

Often, the things that feel hardest to change have roots that are not immediately visible.

I offer a space where we can slow this down and make sense of it together. My approach is relational and exploratory, with a focus on what sits underneath the surface of your current difficulties. This includes paying attention to patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and the ways you have learned to cope over time. I am also interested in what begins to emerge within the therapeutic relationship itself, as this can offer important insight into your experience.

I work in a depth oriented way, which means we are not only thinking about what feels difficult now, but also about what may sit underneath it and what might bring a more lasting sense of change and healing. I am comfortable working with complexity, uncertainty, and ambivalence, and do not rush the process.

My training is integrative, with a strong grounding in psychodynamic and developmental thinking. Alongside my work with adults, I have significant experience working with children and families, which continues to inform how I understand attachment, early experience, and the ways we come to relate to ourselves and others.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, bereavement, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and work-related stress, as well as a more general sense of feeling stuck or unsure of themselves.

I offer a free 20-minute online consultation, which gives us a chance to think together about what you are looking for and whether this way of working feels like the right fit for you.

I am currently offering a reduced fee whilst I finalise my psychotherapy MA training.
